In today’s topic, we are gonna discuss the importance of Health with a 5-minute Breathing Exercise.
We’re living in a world that’s changing in ways that we’ve never seen that we’re not conditioned to accept and the world is changing faster than we have been conditioned to accept in a single generation.
We are trying to solve the problems of the world through thinking based on false assumptions of obsolete science. One of the brilliant minds of his century, Darwin’s ideas that nature is based upon competition in conflict.
For 150 years because that was believed to be a theme of nature it made sense to try to incorporate that theme in our personal lives in relationships consciously and subconsciously.
Between nations and communities, and then society we now know that nature nurturing. The primary rule is cooperation. When we see so much competition that tells us how far we strike, were see the rise of hate in ways that we’ve never seen.
We’re seeing the rise of hate based on the religious colour of our skin sexual orientation hate crimes and polarisation of men against women, Christians against Muslims.
And it’s not just in the Western countries, you’re seeing us all over the world and it seems different as these things are from one another. They are only possible because they have been taught to think it’s not natural for humans.
Young baby studies have been done. Please do not hate them as they don’t even distinguish the colour between their race and other races, white babies black babies brown babies Asian, Native American.
They don’t know the difference until their parents tell them that the difference is there I think about this often.
what would it be like to raise an entire generation of young people based upon what we now know to be true and science, rather than his false assumptions?
We’ve asked science to tell us who we are. Science is doing a really good job and the question is: are we willing to embrace the story that science is telling us?
There is a philosophy now in the science of the community that consciousness informs itself through its creations.
If you think about that, what we see in the movies for entertainment, art, sculpture music books all the things that we have created and we think we’re going to entertain ourselves.
From this perspective, consciousness is asking us in the field to create these things to remind us of our deepest potential.
And if you think about that, look at the blockbuster movies that surprised us. Even the movie makers have had the greatest impact and are different from wherever they were.
Let’s take a look at the matrix that obviously comes into the mind about a world that we cannot see that influences us tremendously. Nonetheless, sitting down to write the matrix, where does that either come from, the avatar came along, after that inception.
Now close your eyes and say hello to yourself to move from the other word to the inside world.
In a way that our ancestors understood their time and science denies, beginning to invite you to allow your awareness now to shift from your mind into your heart.
Touch your heart in a way that’s comfortable for you, gently touch the heart centre with a finger, hand, or palm. Allow your awareness to go to the place where you feel the touch, and allow you to focus from this place. You can breathe as if your breath is coming from the heart, slow your breath just go a little slower than usual telling your body through a language that your body understands.
For telling your body heart a place that is safe, in this room, in this world.
As you breathe in from your heart to establish the link between the heart, I invite you to breathe. Do you know in a way that no other life can feel, to the best of your ability, gratitude from your heart for anything or anyone, appreciation, care, compassion, gratitude, joy, love?
And allow that feeling to radiate from your heart, to pump, to create your body. This ancient technology, powerful technology our ancestors have done this thousand of times. They wrote to you in their texts in their most cherished traditions to remind you of this power, that you have within your body.
As we follow in their footsteps, follow the path those who would come before us, we reenact this most holy, this most sacred act, powerful, harmonize our heart in our brain. To the best of your ability, the closest life without a mother feels the love and gratitude to our mother for the gift of our lives in this world so the nourishment that she gives to our bodies, for the life she gives to us.
This life continues to expand; and as you do this ancient and primal thing, you are feeding the field that connects all life, all things. And you were feeding that field with a meal of love, breathe.
I know that at this moment in this act the world is a better place, your body is stronger, younger, or more vibrant than when you came into this room this morning. This is your power this is where you find your power, inside you, inside your heart!
Continue to breathe deep with the focus on the heart, deep breathing for 2 seconds, and release until let’s say can count to 6.
And when you are ready, you can come back here, you are safe you are loved and you are enough and, slowly you can open your eyes. I deeply recommend this
Here’s what’s happened: the right sympathetic nervous system response gets cranked up to start moving. Three rounds of 20 breathing at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon when normally you’ll reach for a sugary snack.
When we look at health and Wellness, so many different things we can optimise for. There’s the diet and there is the movement and there is sleep optimization. All of that stuff is wonderful but none of that stuff is as powerful or as immediate as breathing.
Remember when you were born, when you came into this world, you probably don’t remember, but when you were born when you came into this world, the very first thing that you did was, you have inhaled.
One of my favourite self-improvement bestseller authors was Wayne DYER
And when you leave us, when you die, if you die peacefully you will die on an exhale. The Iink between that first breath and that last breath what most of us do is our nervous system just gets bounced around bang back and forth or responding to our environment on autopilot all day long.
Happy the quality of your life improved if you stopped being on autopilot and started taking control of your mind your body and your nervous system using this simple practice we’ve done today.
So my challenge to you, my question for you is how could the quality of your life improve if you stopped being on autopilot and started taking control of your mind and your body?
Here’s your prescription: three rounds of 20 breathing in the morning, three rounds of 20 breathing right before exercise, and three rounds of 20 breathing before going to bed.
Thank you

Does this exercise do what mindfulness meditation does? it sound almost the same in term of technique, hopefully by looking inward, we can see ourselves clearer not in term of color, race or even religion, I always tell people we must look at ourselves and friends or foes alike as human being and not base on color of skin, race or religion.

Thank you for this enlightening post, Angel.
We do not realize how much we don’t breathe until we focus on breathing and we realize that we don’t do enough of it. Even if, it is necessary, and the body needs breathing, It is so exhausting after a while. It’s like working out.
Thank you, for an awesome and informative post.
