I wake up in the morning with the feeling of ”Monday, bloody Monday”. Workout fitness? The beauty of Exercise and Monday? What? When? Noooooo man I can’t do this………
I barely drag myself up for the morning walk with my pet and also, to run together. But what we’re going to do if we do not have any pets to walk with. Of course, you can not walk a rabbit, or squirrel, or parrot. Exercise? What are you talking about?
You just have to get out of bed slowly, get washed, get out of the house and start walking, slowly, slowly as Norman has done in the past, day by day. Until the body get used to this idea.

While out for a short walk, do some exercise for stretching to improve strengthened your muscles. Move your arms and head into a rotation position till you feel it on your spine.

Back in the house don’t jump in the shower. Continue for 15 minutes the leftover. Get everything from the body that has to sweat, put on youtube or anything else, just get a piece of background music and get over it and exercise. Time flaying.

Regular Exercise is very important and a great way to keep the body healthy. Gradually starting and increasing the frequency of exercise will help anyone just starting out. Also, following a schedule is also a great way to ensure that you exerciese. Even when you go for a walk, do not rush off and hit the showers when you get back home, instead complete your exercise routine.
